Laos
Lao People’s Democratic Republic is a landlocked country in the heart of the Indochinese peninsula of Mainland Southest Asia, borderd by Myanmer and China to the northwest, Vietnam to the east, Cambodia to the southwest, and Thailand to the west and southwest. Diplomatic relations between Japan and Laos were established in 1955. It has been major about friendship in sports or cultural heritage preservation or so.
Some athletes in Track and Field and Swimming compete in Summer Olympic but no one has gotten medal yet.
We have started “Laos project 2016” and managed “Inclusive Athletics Training” with ADDP. In addition to the conventional activities, we’ll care for handicapped athletes.
